Calculator inputs

Calculations run in your browser. We do not provide user accounts or save calculator histories automatically. Public result cards are stored only when you explicitly create a preview link, as described below. Copy Link and the link options in Share Result encode your inputs in a URL. Anyone receiving that URL can read those values. URLs may also appear in browser history and infrastructure access logs. Do not put personal or sensitive information in share links.

Hosting

Cloudflare delivers the website and may process request metadata such as IP addresses, requested URLs, browser information, and security events to operate and protect the service. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy.

Ads, cookies, and analytics

This version does not load advertising or third-party analytics scripts or set advertising cookies. No advertising consent platform is installed. Our first-party usage measurement records successful calculator use, copy actions, sharing intent and embed-code copies. It does not record calculator inputs, names, email addresses, complete URLs, or a persistent user identifier. We store allowlisted event categories, calculator identifiers, broad referral categories and minute-level timestamps for up to 30 days. IP addresses are used transiently for rate limiting, not included in these event records. We honor browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals. Local preview events are isolated from production events.

Clipboard and sharing

Clipboard and native sharing are used only when you select the corresponding button. Selecting a social platform opens its sharing page with your result link and, where supported, a short result summary. The link contains your calculator inputs. The chosen platform processes this information under its own privacy policy; you review and publish there. Opening the share menu itself does not contact social platforms. Embedded calculators use the same local calculation approach and do not load third-party scripts.

Downloadable result images are generated on your device and are not uploaded to our servers. Calculation inputs are included by default; you can uncheck Include calculation inputs to hide them. Optional assignment and course names are always excluded. Share images sends only the PNG files to your selected app. Link-sharing buttons remain separate and include the calculator inputs even when an image hides them.

Public result preview links

Creating a preview link is optional. Only after you check the publication box and select Create preview link do we send the whitelisted calculation inputs to our server to recalculate the result. We store the result and its generated preview image in Cloudflare for up to 14 days. Inputs are saved and displayed only while Include calculation inputs is checked (checked by default); local assignment and course names are never sent.

Anyone with a preview link can view its contents, including social platforms that fetch link previews. These pages are marked noindex but are public, not password-protected. Deletion controls are stored in this browser’s local storage. You can delete links from the sharing menu; deletion can take a short time to propagate. Other platforms may retain copies after deletion or expiry. Clearing browser storage removes your deletion controls, but links still expire automatically.

Feedback submitted through our website

When you select “Send feedback,” we send your message, feedback type, chosen calculator, and optional email address to our support service. Calculator inputs are not collected automatically. We store a private copy in Cloudflare for up to 90 days and attempt to send a notification to our support inbox hosted by Gmail. Email copies are retained as needed to review and respond to your request. Your submission is not published. Your IP address is used to limit repeated requests, but is not included in the stored feedback record. You can request deletion by emailing us with your feedback reference. Local previews save test submissions only and do not send email.

Email correspondence

When you email us, your email address, message, and any attachments are processed by Cloudflare Email Routing and forwarded to our support inbox hosted by Gmail. We use this information to review and respond to your request. Please avoid sending sensitive personal information.
